Enthusiasm among students with activities conducted in summer camps : Iqbal Singh Buttar

Uninterrupted summer camps are being organized in about 300 middle, high and secondary schools of district Bathinda. Enthusiasm is being shown among the students with the activities being conducted keeping in mind the physical and mental development of the students in the summer camps. This information was given by District Education Officer Secondary Mr. Shivpal Goyal and Deputy District Education Officer Secondary Mr. Iqbal Singh Buttar.
He said that in different sessions in the summer camps, students are being given activities related to intellectual activities, health care, sports, art craft, fundamental values, mathematics, environment and language skills. He said that along with studies, such exclusive activities must be held in educational institutions so that every student can acquire skills and knowledge according to his interest.
He said that students have good interest in summer camps, they are trying to learn new things. He said that the spirit of learning is being encouraged among the students through summer camps and the teachers of the government schools are working diligently to further develop the learning techniques and make the curriculum more interesting. He said that the summer camps being organized in the schools of the district are being inspected daily.
